    All sessions, whether in-person or virtual, are conducted in a private and secure setting. We take measures to ensure that your conversations are not overheard or accessed by unauthorized individuals.

    Information shared during sessions, including personal, emotional, spiritual, and any other sensitive details, is kept strictly confidential. This means that your coach or counselor will not disclose any details of your discussions to others without your explicit consent.

  3. Exceptions to Confidentiality:
    While we strive to maintain complete confidentiality, there are specific situations where we may be legally or ethically required to disclose certain information:

    • Threat of Harm to Self or Others: If there is a clear and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, we are obligated to take appropriate steps to ensure safety, which may include contacting authorities or medical professionals.

    • Abuse or Neglect: In cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult, we are required by law to report this information to appropriate authorities.

    • Court Orders: If ordered by a court, we may be required to provide information as part of legal proceedings.

  1. Data Security:
    We take all necessary precautions to secure any written or digital records related to your sessions. This includes using secure systems for storing client information and ensuring that digital communications are protected.

  2. Client Consent:
    If there is a need to share your information for any reason outside of the exceptions listed above, we will seek your written consent before doing so. You have the right to understand how your information will be used and to withdraw your consent at any time.

  3. Respect and Sensitivity:
    We approach every client with respect and sensitivity. Your trust is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to creating a safe space where you can explore and address your concerns without fear of judgment or exposure.
